Being a manager is not an easy task, you have to be aware of every single member of your team, how they’re doing their tasks and their productivity. This certain type of style involves employees and encourages them to share their thoughts and ideas as the rest can benefit from them and they can also be part of the decision-making process.


5- The Transformational Management Style

This type of management is all about innovation and growth. Managers who follow this certain type believe that change and growth will lead to staying ahead of the curve. These managers believe that a change is inevitable and they must adapt to any change that might occur. They always push their employees out of their comfort zone to make them realize their true potentials; they also stand by their employees helping them in whatever they need so they can improve and do better. They are always encouraging and motivating their team so they can always do their best.
